Ann Elizabeth "Liz" Parker

Rochester, NY Friday April 10th at age 73. Known for her sassy, sarcastic sense of humor, right until the end. Liz especially loved animals, do it yourself projects and could never pass up a great deal.

Liz passed last week and was finally able to join her beloved daughter Corey and is in a much more peaceful place now.

Liz grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other. She had a 'crick' running behind her backyard and spent a lot of time there, swimming, fishing and playing. Liz dreamt of spreading her wings. She was an amazing artist and could sketch your likeness. Liz landed at Farmingdale, in Long Island for college, as an Art major. Through her life Liz was a jack of many trades - she modeled, worked in various Sales roles and she didn't call anyone if something broke, she figured out how to fix it. Liz will be missed.

Liz is survived by her daughter Kim (Tom) Gately; grandsons Kiernan and Rory; brothers Mark, John, Mike Canada, and their families. Liz is predeceased by her mother and father, Mary Francis Canada (Eaton) and Lester Canada, and her daughter Corey.
